130th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Rajah Sir Annamalai Chettiar of Chettinad has been celebrated by Rajah Sir Annamalai Chettiar memorial Trust at Rani Seethai Hall , Chennai, Tamilnadu on 30th September 2010.
Hon"ble Union Minister Mr. G.K.Vasan (Minister for sShipping, Govt.of India, New Delhi) presided and presented the "Dr.RAJAH SIR ANNAMALAI CHETTIAR BIRTHDAY COMMEMORATION AWARD of Rs.1,00,000/= for the year 2010 to Isaiperarignar Madurai T.N.Seshagopalan who renders yeoman service for the growth of Tamil Isai.
Dr.Aranga. Ramalingam (Professor & Head of the Department of Tamil, Correspondence course, University of Madras) delivered birthday address.
