Required Ingredients:
 
A cup of full cream milk powder ,1 tbsp of vinegar mixed with little water,four ,five ice cubes,i cup of sugar for syrup mixed with three cups of water
 
Cooking Instruction:
 
Bring the milk to boil ,then add vinegar when paneer starts to seperate atonce add icecubes,so that the paneer will stay soft ,then in a stainer with a cloth over it strain the water and show the stainer with paneer with running tap water,so that paneer stays soft thn,let the water drain out completly,if water doesnot drain the rasagullas wont stay like ball when put in boiling water ,so after water is completly drained kneed it nicely and make small balls,in a pan put sugar with three cups of water bring to boil put the balls and with closed lid let it cook for 8 to ten min finish it with saffron .
