A delicious sweet, easy to prepare...........
 
Required Ingredients:
 
Maida Flour - 1/2 kg
Sugar - 600 gms
Boiled Milk - needed amount (To prepare dough)
Vanaspati - 150 gms
Oil - To fry
 
Cooking Instruction:
 
Preparation of Sugar Syrup:

First, in 2 cups of water put 600 gms of sugar and make it to dissolve.
Stir the syrup, till it becomes hard. Now the sugar syrup is ready.

Preparation of Badhusha:

Mix Maida flour and Vanaspati well.
Then pour milk and make it as a soft dough.
Don't make it too hard. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Make it into small pieces and fry it in oil until it becomes light yellow.
Then take these badhusha pieces and dip it in the sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
Then turn all these badhusha pieces and allow it to soak it in the syrup for another 10 min.
Now, the Badhusha is ready to eat..
