A healthy and a delicious pickle..........
 
Required Ingredients:
 
Garlic - 100gm
Pure chilly powder - 2 spoon
Malli powder - 1 spoon
Cumin powder(zeeraga powder) -1/2 spoon
venthayam powder - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 50 ml
Lemon - 1
Salt - for taste
Zaggery - 1 spoon
 
Cooking Instruction:
 
Firt roast all these seeds(malli, venthayam, zeeragam) and make it into dry powder.

Keep the kadai in the stove. Then In 50 ml oil, season with little mustard. Then put garlic and saute for few minutes. When the garlic is half way cooked, put all the powders (dry paste). Then add salt and lemon. Then cook for another 2 minutes and put on the stove off.
Let it cool and preserve in glass bottles.
