Chicken Briyani

One of the most favorite main dish of non-vegg eaters.
 
Required Ingredients:
 
1.Basmathi Rice - 2 cup
2.Chicken - 1/2 lb or 1/4 kg
3.Onion(big) - 2
4.Tomato(big) - 3
5.Cinnamon - 2 long stick
6.Clove - 1/2 tsp
7.Cardomom - 4
8.Cinnamon leaves - 2
9.Star anise - 2
10.Coriander leaves
11.Pothina leaves
12.Chilli powder - 2 tsp
13.Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
14.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
15.Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
16.Oil - 1/3 cup
 
Cooking Instruction:
 
1. Heat a cooking pan , put oil.
2. Add Cinnamon, Clove, Star anise, Cardomom,Cinnamon leaves.
3. Add onion and cook till its golden brown.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till its smells off.
5. Add corriander, pothina, all masala powders.
6. Add tomato and add some salt so that it cooks fast.
7. Add chicken and let it cook for 10 mins.
8. Add rice and mix it and then add salt.
9. Add 3 cups of water.
10. Transfer it to a pressure cooker and take it out after 2 pressure sound.
11. tasty chicken briyani ready, serve hot.
