A sweet item.
It will be tasty, if served hot.
 
Required Ingredients:
 
Urad Dhal - 1 cup (uluntham paruppu )
Ghee - 100 gm
Jaggery - 2 cups ( vellam )
Water - 2 cups
 
Cooking Instruction:
 
1. Dry fry urad dhal until it gets light red colour and make it into fine powder.
2. Dissolve jaggery in 2 cups of water and filter it.
3. Pour ghee in a tawa and heat it and add urad dhal powder and stir it in sim flame.
4. Add jaggery mixture on it and stir it in to semisolid condition
